A full renovation is where design and construction most need to work together. We redesign the space, carry out the building work and make the bespoke carpentry, so your house or villa is transformed by one team, with one person coordinating everything.
We rethink how the house works: the layout, the light, the materials and the finishes.
Our own team carries out the renovation, keeping what is worth keeping and changing what is needed.
Kitchens, furniture and joinery are drawn for the space and made in our workshop.
We choose the materials with you and manage suppliers and deliveries, so you don’t have to.
Many of our clients live outside Ibiza for part of the year. Our project manager is your direct contact throughout the renovation and keeps you up to date on progress, decisions and timing.
You follow the work without having to be on site, and the decisions that matter are always taken with you.
We walk through the house with you and talk about what you want to change and what you want to keep.
We draw the new layout, choose the materials and design the bespoke pieces.
Our team renovates the house, coordinated by the project manager from start to finish.
We install the carpentry, take care of the details and hand the house back ready to live in.
Tell us about the house and what you would like to change. Visits to our studio in Morna Valley are by appointment only.
